Riverside Yarnbox specialises in selling wool, crafting supplies, and related products. We operate both an online store, and a physical store. These Terms apply to all transactions, both online and in-store.

3. Products and Availibility

3.1. Product Descriptions: We are committed to providing accurate product descriptions, and images to accompany them. However, colours and texture may vary slightly due to differences in display settings, quality of imagery, and/or manufacturing processes.

3.2. Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing: Prices that are displayed on our website are in Great British Pound (GBP) (£), and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may differ between the online store and our physical shop.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, however this will not affect orders that were placed or confirmed before the change is actioned.

4.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Card (In-store and online)
• Cash (In-store only)

Online payments are processed securely through the relevant payment provider, WooCommerce. In-store card payments are processed securely through our Point of Sale provider, Square.

4.3. Errors: In the event of a pricing error, or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders as necessary.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Policy: We deliver to Whittlesey, Eastrea and Coates. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

5.2. Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delay or errors that are caused by third-party delivery services. If an issue occurs, please contact us to assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the original means of payment. For card transactions, please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed by the payment provider.

6.3. Exclusions: We reserve the right to exclude refunds if products are returned without their original packaging, have been used, or are damaged/soiled.

7. In-Store Policies

Our store accepts both cash and card payments. In-store purchases are subject to the same return and refund policies that are outlined above.
